Each year, the Pine Mountain Ski & Golf Resort puts on some great family fun activities to wrap up the winter season. One of those activities is the Pine Mountain Slush Cup event. The goal of this event is to ski or snowboard across a giant pool of water without falling in. Whoever is the last person to make it completely across receives a season pass toward next year's ski/snowboard season. From a spectator's view, I'll say it sounds easier than it looks. However, don't be fooled... You might be in for a chilling awakening.
Although this year's event had been canceled earlier than expected due to the tarps encountering some damage, it was my favorite of the 3 years I've attended. So much laughs and smiles from person to participant with great memories formed. I am very pleased Pine Mountain brought me back for another great year at the 2023 Slush Cup.
