Session Process
Booking Your Session.
Once you’ve selected the session that best fits your needs, you’ll be guided through choosing an available date, answering a few planning questions, and placing a retainer to reserve your session.
Session Day Arrived!
On session day, we’ll move through locations and outfit changes at a comfortable pace, keeping the experience relaxed and enjoyable. If weather doesn’t cooperate, rescheduling options are available at no additional cost.
After the Session.
Your images are carefully selected and professionally edited. Typical turnaround time is 3–4 weeks, with longer delivery possible during peak season (September–October).
FAQ
DO I NEED A RETAINER TO RESERVE MY DATE?
Yes. A $300 retainer is required to secure your session date and is applied toward your total session fee.
How far in advance should we book?
It’s best to book as early as possible, especially for summer and early fall sessions, as availability is limited and dates fill quickly.
Do you travel?
Yes. Sessions within 30 miles of Iron Mountain, MI are included. Locations beyond this range may require a travel fee, which will be discussed during planning.
Can I split a session into two different seasons?
Yes, sessions can be split into multiple sessions for multiple seasons for an additional fee. This will only be optional for the senior enhanced and complete packages.
What if we need to reschedule?
Rescheduling is available with notice. Specific policies are outlined in the session contract.
What if the weather is bad?
if weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll reschedule your session at no additional cost.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Flexible payment options are available upon request.
